Shipping policy

Some of our larger items are heavy and require additional packaging to ensure their safe arrival. In some cases we can ship on the same business day as your order however in most cases 2 to 3 Business days are required for preparing and freighting your order.

We use TNT, Toll and Aramex to ship our items. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the type of product being delivered. You will be updated with a tracking number when the item is shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at mail@voltrac.com.au
